Products and Services

  1. The order you order via the site will have approved status when you receive confirmation from batikpastel.co.id. Confirmation will be sent via email to you.
  2. Payment for your order can be made via Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
  3. The service fee charged to you is in accordance with the total price of the order
  4. Product prices and delivery services may change according to batikpastel.co.id policy without prior notice.
  5. You can ask all information regarding offers, prizes, promos, products through promotional media or print media directly to our staff or via email to: hello@batikpastel.co.id

Payment System from Visa/Master

To provide convenience and certainty for customers in making transactions on www.batikpastel.co.id, we have currently implemented an online payment system when customers purchase products online using the Visa/Master payment system option and all transactions will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah currency. We ensure that your order payment process is secure with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol where SSL provides full security for every customer and the freedom to shop online without worrying about the possibility of stealing credit card information.

Service System

  1. Ordering products via the payment gateway www.batikpastel.co.id can be done every Monday to Sunday from 00.00 to 23.59.
  2. Each customer will be charged an ordering fee per transaction, the mechanism of which is fully regulated by www.batikpastel.id
  3. Product exchange for orders made online can only be served via WhatsApp +6287888877029 or email hello@batikpastel.co.id
  4. Cancellation of products that have been ordered can only be done manually (sending a cancellation request) to hello@batikpastel.co.id

Online Ordering & Payment Procedure

  1. Customers can order without logging in first at www.batikpastel.co.id. For customers who have not registered as a user/member and want to become a user/member, you can fill out the registration form first to be able to log in and make transactions on the site www.batikpastel.co.id . After successful login, customers can continue ordering products online, then fill in the ordering information and/or credit card data on the online payment page as follows:
    • Customer name and address
    • The type of card used
    • Visa/Master card and credit card numbers
    • Type and quantity of products ordered
    • Product delivery address
  2. After successfully ordering a product on the online payment page, then proceed with approving the online transaction that has been successfully carried out.
  3. Customers are required to click the Disclaimer (“I accept…) before agreeing to online payment to the terms and conditions imposed by www.batikpastel.id
  4. The customer pays as a willingness and approval for the order transaction in the amount of the transaction value, which is indicated by approval from the card processing bank that has carried out the debit.
  5. The customer is then required to complete the payment and if the payment transaction has been successfully carried out, we will send a payment receipt via electronic mail (e-mail) to the e-mail address listed in the buyer's personal data within a maximum of 1 (one) day after the payment process completed.
  6. Customers are required to keep proof of payment in case it is needed at any time in the payment confirmation process.
  7. All transactions will be processed within 1 x 24 hours.
  8. Batikpastel.id has the right to refuse customer transactions if they are deemed inappropriate.
  9. Currently, credit cards that can be processed are credit cards issued by banks located in Indonesia and if you use a bank outside Indonesia, the exchange rate used is IDR and conversion of this exchange rate is the responsibility of the bank concerned.

Product Delivery

  1. Product delivery will be carried out after batikpastel.co.id receives payment confirmation via Payment Confirmation (located on the home page of the site) for transactions made by customers max 1×24 hours on working days. Customers can find out the order status by using the Order History option located on My Profile on the right (customers are asked to log in first)
  2. Delivery can be made on the same day if you order the product and confirm payment to batikpastel.id before 10.00 am (working day).
  3. Product shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The fee mechanism is completely adjusted to the costs of the delivery courier service used.
  4. Batikpastel.id is not responsible for damage to goods/packages caused by third parties such as the courier services used.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange of Products

  1. Transaction cancellation can only be done if the goods have not been sent by batikpastel.co.id. For canceled transactions, refunds are made in the form of vouchers. Transaction cancellation can only be done via line @batikpastel or email batikpastel@gmail.com.
  2. Complaints regarding your order must be informed to batikpastel.co.id within 1 x 24 hours (one time twenty-four hours) from the time you receive proof of the transaction and goods.
  3. Goods that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the package contents are different from those ordered. Refunds are made in the form of vouchers.
  4. Refunds are in the form of vouchers that can be used for subsequent purchases at www.batikpastel.co.id after the goods are received. The cost of sending the goods back by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and subsequent shipping costs are not included in the nominal voucher.
  5. Batikpastel.co.id can only accept ordered goods back in intact condition, without damage to the goods, and without any cut marks.
  6. Batikpastel.co.id will not serve customer claims for online transactions that occur due to credit card misuse. Customers are fully responsible for ownership of the credit card.

Product Description and Condition

  1. The status of goods is presented as accurately as possible with periodic updates which may change at any time.
  2. Product conditions are as follows:
  • It is possible that there are differences in the color of goods that are not exactly the same as those displayed on the site, this can be caused by lighting factors and computer monitor settings/resolution and cannot be used as a reference.
  • Customers must ensure that product details/information meet the required specifications before agreeing to the online payment page.

Product Price and Purchase/Payment Confirmation

  1. The product price that must be paid is as stated in the shopping basket and/or order invoice (payment page)
  2. If there is a price change, the price that applies is the price that corresponds to the total shopping information displayed on the payment page.

Privacy and Security

  1. We guarantee the security of your personal data when using batikpastel.co.id services.
  2. We fully protect all your personal information. We will protect the confidentiality of the information you enter on batikpastel.co.id for your benefit
  3. Batikpastel.co.id can change and update the terms and conditions of this site at any time. We will notify these changes on the site and by e-mail if deemed necessary. Changes to the terms and conditions will become effective immediately upon inclusion on the site.

Your account

  1. You can register to become a member of the batikpastel.id site by filling in the registration form. After your registration is approved (fulfilling the terms and conditions), you will shop freely at batikpastel.co.id
  2. To register, you are required to provide your active email address. This e-mail address will make it easier for us to verify your identity on your next visit. If you register using a fictitious email address or someone else's email address, batikpastel.co.id can close your account without prior notice. In addition, you are required to provide a password that will be used to access batikpastel.id materials and services
  3. You will not be charged a fee to open an account at batikpastel.co.id.
  4. Batikpastel.co.id will process your ordered product after you make payment and send confirmation to batikpastel.id by filling in the payment confirmation form

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, photos and images listed on batikpastel.co.id cannot be distributed by any party and for any purpose, unless there is written approval from batikpastel.co.id.

Things That Are Not Allowed

  1. Batikpastel.co.id will report to the authorities any fraudulent methods which basically want to gain profits unilaterally and batikpastel.id only serves orders that have been paid in full.
  2. All problems can be discussed carefully. batikpastel.co.id will report to the authorities any insults, defamation in forums, mailing lists or other media without ensuring the truth.
  3. You cannot make any claims against batikpastel.id for your violation of the terms and conditions of use of the batikpastel.co.id site.

Account Deletion

  1. You can delete your account on batikpastel.id by contacting hello@batikpastel.co.id or via the contact page we provide. To cancel the account, you must provide information to batikpastel.co.id that you are the original owner of the account. Your account will be canceled after there is confirmation between batikpastel.id and you regarding the authorization of the validity of your identity.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel your account without prior notice for the benefit of the batikpastel.co.id site. Deletion of this account can occur if there are things including, but not limited to: a) violation of the Terms and Conditions that apply at batikpastel.co.id, b) a request from a legal entity or government agency, c) a request from yourself , d) long periods of account inactivity, and d) cases of fraud committed by you or which harm other parties.
  3. Canceling your account will have the following consequences: a) Your orders will be deleted from batikpastel.co.id, b) Your password will no longer be valid so you cannot access password-protected parts of the site, and c) You will not be able to again using the batikpastel.co.id service

Settlement and Law

  1. The terms and conditions stated on the batikpastel.co.id site regarding our products and services are protected by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  2. All disputes arising from the implementation of the site and services provided by batikpastel.co.id with you will be resolved amicably and amicably, unless there are matters that are truly disturbing and concern many people, we will process them legally.
