Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Here is some useful information regarding our international transactions:

PRICING
- price is in IDR. You can convert to your country currency via google.

PAYMENTS
- payment can be made using credit card (visa / master card). If you are willing to pay with telegraphic transfer, please email batikpastel@gmail.com to get bank details.
- payment will be included in IDR.

SHIPPING
- Shipping will be made H+2 after payment (if you pay today, we will send your package the day after tomorrow).
- Our shipping cargo is CityLINK Express and EMS International.
- Deliver by plane.
- Estimated arrival time 3-5 working days.
- Package will be delivered in front of your doorstep.
- shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order at the webstore

Why is there a material like soil in my batik?

Pastel Batik is handmade batik. On its process, all cloth is covered by waz for coloring process, so maybe the wax is still attached there, the wax becomes dry and forms a soil-like material which is usually in dark brown or yellow color.

How to remove it?

Soak the batik in warm water and add a small amount of detergent. it will dissolve the wax completely and your batik will be clean from wax.

I found a spot like tint in my fabric? Can I change it or do the refund?

Yes, you can. Please contact us by email: batikpastel@gmail.com and attached the picture of young batik (the spotted part).

How to become a reseller?

If you order more than IDR 1,000,000, we will give you an extra discount. Please contact us for more information and discount code.

What is estimated arrival time for international shipping?

Estimated arrival time is 3-5 working days.

Do I need to pick up my package at the airport / else where?

We use the best service to deliver your package (deliver by plane) and it will be delivered right in front of your doorstep (no need to pick up at the airport).
